introduce EMAIL_AUTH=false Environment
...
- fixes #70
- allows for setting EMAIL_AUTH=false as environment variable to deactivate SMTP-Auth entirely. This is necessary for internal mailservers / mailtraps / smarthosts, that just expose anonymous port 25.
